Santa Rosalia Resort are homes that include two and three bedroom apartments and two bedroom maisonettes with two bathrooms with views overlooking the large lake and green areas of this luxury resort.

There are five blocks of eight apartments per block, providing properties with 2 communal pools, parking and storage room. Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is the newest and largest resort complex under construction in the region of Murcia. This is a brand new resort concept for Spain. In the centre of the resort is a huge 'Crystal Lagoon' with islands and man-made beaches. There will be a picnic area, a walking trail, a Beach Club, disc golf, adventure golf, yoga area, petanque and multi-sport track. The resort is ideally positioned to many of the 17 local golf courses and is also just a very short drive to the Spanish town of Los Alcazares with its excellent sandy beaches plus a great variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The new Murcia International Airport at Corvera Murcia is only 25 minutes away with Alicante airport just under an hours drive.
